Instructions for obtaining pass certificates

Copies of the documents attested by a Gazetted Officer to be attached along with the downloaded application form	Relevant Page of the SSLC book to prove name and Date of Birth Certificate (Provisional or Original) and Mark lists of Post Graduate Degree Examination. Certificate (Provisional or Original) of B.Ed Degree. Recognition Certificate in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examinations from universities outside Kerala. Equivalency Certificate in the case of subjects not mentioned in Clause 2.2 of the Prospectus. Community Certificate in original in the case of SC/ST candidates and Non-Creamy layer certificate in original in the case of OBC Candidates. (Those who have already produced original document need not attach the same) For VH/PH Candidates, certificate in Original proving their disability . (Those who have already produced original document need not attach the same) A self addressed A4 Size envelope with postal stamp worth Rs.30/- affixed on it.

Candidates must produce the Certificates of their qualifying examination passed with the minimum required marks within one year from the date of publication of the results of the Test. Failing which shall be treated as disqualified.      Last Date of submission of Certificates is 05/08/2016

Pass Certificates will be issued only from OCTOBER 2015 onwards
