Candidates must download and read the instructions in the Application form.

Copies of the following documents attested by a Gazetted officer

• Relevant Page of the SSLC book to prove name and Date of Birth
• Certificate (Provisional or Original) and Mark lists/Grade Sheet of Post Graduate Degree Examination.
• Certificate (Provisional or Original) and Mark lists/Grade Sheet of of B.Ed Degree.
• Recognition and Equivalency Certificate in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examinations from universities outside Kerala.
• Equivalency Certificate in the case of those who have passed their qualifying examinations in the case of subjects not mentioned in Clause 2.2 of the Prospectus.
• For VH/PH Candidates, certificate proving their disability.

Originals of the following documents

• Community Certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates
• Non-Creamy layer certificate in the case of OBC Candidates (Certificate date must be between 26/09/2023 and 08/11/2024).
• Certificate not coming within the above date limit will not be accepted in the case of Non-Creamy Layer Candidates.
• Declaration form (In the case of Final Year PG/B.Ed Students while applying for SET.)
